should have an option for absolutely no stars. entire order is wrong. order a 2 cheeseburger meal, only had a patty cheese and bread (nothing was altered when ordering) also ordered mcchickens, also wrong, put cheese on it when wasn't ordered and didnt add mustard or light mayo. would not recommend.
terrible service. waited 30 minutes in a curbside and has to go around to drive thru and then when i got my drinks they didn’t even fill them all the way and one only had 1 ice cube.
Horrible customer service between 520 and 6:30 PM as of 12 one 2025 there were a bunch of Spanish kids in the back, making the food and they were absolutely cursing and screaming the harm between one another mocking each other playing around while there was a line of customers in line and outside it took me 40 minutes and I still didn’t get my order horrible service
Haven’t been to McDonals in ages but my grandson had a free meal combo. It’s a shame I can’t post a picture. His Big Mac was horrible. Nothing like the photos they put in their advertisements. There was more bun than meat. Smh. I’m all for raising prices because of the rise of things but how ridiculous to also cut the quantity and quality of the food.
