The food was very good, not gonna lie. But it kind of ruined my experience because customer service was very rude. Very demanding. We were trying to explain what we wanted and the crewmember said very disrespectfully. Just tell me what you want when I was literally trying to explain what I wanted. We started out in the drive-through, but they weren’t very clear about the pick up instructions so we ended up having to go inside and that’s when we had the bed encounter with the crew member who was very rude and disrespectful.
Ordered online took 10mins to get here. Took them 20mins to get me my food. Ridiculous. Get more staff
JOSE the manager was great. He helped me out and took care of everything. One of the best.
