Some employees don’t have any customer service skills. When I pull up to have my food handed to me in the drive thru I always say thank you to the employee. 9/10 times they have AirPods in and don’t say anything the entire time. It’s absolutely ridiculous. If I were to do that when I was younger and working fast food I would have been fired on the spot. If I tell someone in the drive thru to have a nice day.
