The kiosk wasn't working for me or the guy next to me. We finally got the order to work but my order said take it to the counter and pay. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before a jerk in a red shirt came up. I had made eye contact with four other people that didn't take my money. Bad service, rude staff. Sat at pickup window for 12 minutes, after paying, and no one came up to say anything to me. Then finally someone flung the window open and rudely said, "just pull forward to the 3rd window...", as if I had done something to upset them by waiting for my food? No idea... Then I sat at the 3rd window with 2 hungry, whining, screaming kids in the back seat for another 15 minutes, while order after order behind me got served and the cars were driving around me to leave. New post: Came back again, this place is gross. Management needs to get a handle on this location. Added pics of how gross this place is already and they just opened for the day. Floor is so greasy I can slide around like an ice rink. Old post: 20 min wait for McChicken but it was good when we got it.
