It just took 20 minutes to get nuggets through the drive through. The fries are cold and have obviously been sitting in the bag the whole time we were waiting for our food. No explanation was given or apology offered. We got home and they didn't even give us all of the food we ordered. Avoid this location at all costs. Edit: I went to the website given and was offered less than what either wasn't provided or was ruined. Reporting what happened just added to the time and energy wasted in this location.
You can order in the app and say you are there early and you will still have a 10 minute wait MINIMUM. If you wait to mark that you have arrived when you get there, triple it. This franchise is a complete and utter joke. Always understaffed, those that are working are overwhelmed or completely inattentive. Would avoid entirely but it’s the closest one. Owner should be embarrassed at how poorly this store is run.
Tried to call and let them know they had missed one of my 2 items that I ordered and their phone went straight to voicemail but I couldn’t go back because of work. Coming from somebody who used to work fast food, I ordered a 10 piece nugget and a fry, how do you forget my fry?
Everyone needs to check their food at this place… Your large fry will be half empty every time 😂
