I’m sitting outside of McDonald’s in my car with about five other cars waiting 30 minutes for a Big Mac. No one cares anymore about the customer, McDonald’s doesn’t care either the whole brand has abandoned the principle of what they are…Fast Food with good service. I ordered ahead to "skip the line" and when I arrived, they said my order was canceled because breakfast was over (it was 10:33). I placed another order to replace my breakfast and was told at the window that they would go ahead and make my order. When I asked to cancel the food I ordered at the speaker, I was met with sass and annoyance as if it was my fault.
