I ordered a curside pickup order in the morning. Waited for 30 mins, no food. I then tried going to the drive-thru, and no one was responding at the intercom. I then went to the drive-thru window and talked to the staff. They said my order never showed up.
The whole experience sucked. Disrespectful staff, cold food, and part of the order missing.
If I could give zero stars I would. Never had a good meal from this establishment. Fries are always double fried, management argues with staff over missing items/requests to remake food. Take the extra 5 minutes and drive to literally any other mcdonalds if you want a decent meal.
I go here quite often because it’s close to where I live and the food is usually good except for times when they don’t make it correctly or the food is cooked bad Which can happen 50% of the time. The service here is quite bad. I’ve ordered through the mobile app and sometimes it goes smooth, but most times I need to wait 20-30 minutes just for the order to not even be right.
