Very disappointing experience. I placed a curbside pickup order and waited over 10 minutes without receiving my food. I had already checked in through the app, but no one came out to deliver the order. This defeats the purpose of curbside service. If customers are expected to wait this long, the option shouldn’t be offered. I hope management improves the organization and service.
How is it possible to be this slow? Don’t come to this place after 11pm unless you want to wait 45 minutes in the drive through.
I don't know how at 8:10 in the morning my food could be cold hash browns not fresh one little slice of bacon on my bacon egg and cheese biscuit thank God I got it for free I asked for three butters cuz I have three sandwiches and they tell me a quarter per one McDonald's really takes advantage of their customers what the score like 3.5 I think you would want to look at that or corporate maybe
