The main reason dor rhe negative review is that their ice cream machines have been broken for over a year and they refuse to fix it. I don't understand how when you're part of a chain like this. It is over a year and you tell your customers that your quote machine is down right now" but you've been telling me this for over a year. It's unacceptable. Crash Burger has dollar cones so we just go there
