I usually never post reviews but I needed to mention the incredible service I received at this McDonald’s!! One of the employees, DJ, went above and beyond to ensure I had an awesome experience. He was outgoing friendly and genuinely cared about, not just me, but every customer he served. He is truly a special kind of employee and if your looking for somewhere to eat in Montrose do yourself a favour and stop by McDonald’s for a hot meal and warm smile!
The food and service at the McDonald's in Montrose are far above any other McDonald's I've eaten at. That's always a stop when I'm traveling through.
At this point. Not even sure why our town has two Mc.Donalds. Went through the drive thru this weekend in a rush to get someone out of an emergency. Staff at first window refused to give us our receipt due to technical issues we were asked to move forward to the next window where we were handed a bag of food. When we asked for the receipt (business purposes) we once more were refused and told the employee didn’t know our order we were handed, and we needed to get out of his line as there were people accumulating behind us.
