Cold food that clearly had been sitting there for hours. When I went to complain the manager was rude about it. Never going back!
Worst hamburgers I have ever eaten!
Manager and staff were polite and absolutely crushed it.
Ordered a burger with no ketchup or onion. Ticket reads Only mustard, cheese, and pickles, which is fine, amounts to the same think as my order. However what I received was an absurd amount of ketchup, (as shown scraped off onto the box) no pickle and no mustard. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s. It’s McDonald’s, it’s not meant to be good, just fast and cheap. It’s not even cheap anymore so at the very least couldn’t they read the order tickets?
