Let me preface this with, I was talking with someone about how McDonalds has changed and not really geared to kids. Well this place took the kids thing to an unexpected level. Walk in and not the most friendly staff but not outright rude so its kind of what's expected from fast food anymore. However, what came next was the best part. It started with the person taking the oder with a headset volume turned down so you barely could hear her. Then after pulling to the window she excused herself n came back 2min later to take my payment. Upon pulling up to the next window to get my food, the fries weren't ready, so more waiting. When the food came, No Drink .. SooOoo More Waiting! I failed to look in the bag SooOoo, I didn't find out I didn't get my sweet n sour sauce for the 6 piece Nugents. Malina and keira have amazing customer service! Knowledgeable, professional and extremely patient and helpful! The only issue is that their service kind of upstages the food! Making this my home mcdonald's!
