Wrong order and rude staff
Placed an order on McDonalds app the order is still there it didn’t cancel but they told me they couldn’t do it cause I got there after 11am, but I got there before there was just a line and the app knew I was there so I don’t understand the confusion or the why it wouldn’t let them give me my order. I don’t think it’s fair that I’m the one that has to cancel the order just cause your system wouldn’t let me pick it up. Also I was there before the time and the app knew too.
Worst management ever! Super rude! Wish I asked for the name but worst management I’ve ever dealt with
