Placed and order on the app for fries and a frappe at 8PM. Once I got to the window I was told the machine was down for cleaning for the night. When I asked if I could be refunded I was told no and my only other option was to get a different drink. If it’s true that McDonald’s are not able to refund an unfulfilled order this is a reflection of bad policy. No hate to the employees since all they can do is follow protocol but j thinks it’s absurd if such a big company to not issue me a refund.
We came through and ordered breakfast. The sausage patty on the breakfast sandwich was so old, it was basically jerky. Had to have sat in that warming drawer for hours.
Very depressing interior, got wrong order, and the drink fountain is gone
the guy with the light brown brown swooped hair was soo rude, rolling his eyes and being so condescending for no reason. def gonna start going to a different mcdonald’s, if you can’t handle customer service maybe try to find a different minimum wage job where you don’t have to be rude to people. i would recommend stalking shelves at a grocery store or something for this guy
