This visit was wonderful because Jose and Austin were in the drive through. We always get Sundaes at night and when they are their it a great experience, they nice, personable and friendly and always get it right.....tell me how the tram on the other night wanna cry bout making a sundae....smdh.. Every time I asked for a grilled snack wrap they give me a crispy snack wrap learn how to read your orders people it’s not rocket science this place is so trash chat service is so bad people here don’t even respond to your comment's about having a good day they just give you a blank stare and proceed with there day lol
Spent 45 dollars on door dash to receive the wrong order. I ordered 5 sandwiches and 2 drinks. I got 2 sandwiches that I didn't order and none that I did along with only one drink that I ordered. Called to try and resolve the issue and the woman on the phone was rude as soon as she picked up. This is bullshit
Waited 40 mins for a Steak Bagel because they got it wrong twice, manager argued about it when I asked for a refund🤨
