We dine in for the play place. There is only one family bathroom and the employees are always using it and truly take their time in there. Lately, we’ve been coming once a week until the weather is nicer but we keep having the same experience. Took photos of cleanliness as well. It’s a bummer.
I had a mobile order. I pulled up to the first drive thru line, no answer. The second line had someone taking all the orders while mine was ignored. I changed my order to "curb side pickup". I waited over 10 minutes. My food never came. I had to leave. I called to get a refund and was told that I needed to show up and present my card in order to get my refund. Horrible experience.
Again pull away from drive thru with no damn straws and missing a fry.
