I'm a driver - food is never ready, just now I had an order I waited for 10+min on only for it to be cancelled because they were out of breakfast food despite ACCEPTING THE ORDER and it was in progress when I arrived and then someone noticed how long I was waiting, asked who appeared to be the manager with a beard net on the date this was posted at 11:15am started touching everything on my Uber app instead of asking for me to pull it up, was rude saying stuff I was showing him "meant nothing to" him and then proceeded to tel... read more
Absolutely terrible. Service is slow, accuracy is non existent, employees are rude. It’s MKG Operations store so it tracks..
Stink stank stunk to high heaven, I feel like I need a shower after eating there. It felt like 5 employees were in the bathroom at once, and they spent long amounts of time in there. The tables were all filthy, trash was left on them and the disposal containers were all full and not cleaned out. Drinks were bland and gross. Fries unsalted. Burgers and chicken were not on point at all. Floor was dirty. Drink station area was atrocious.
