Really mad just ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese with no onions only to get onions in my food, and patties were undercooked. This is what McDonald's does every single I order they screw it up! This is the Nave location in Novato. When you take it back and politely ask for it to be remade correctly, they roll their and whisper to each other. At this point I refuse to spend money there or to give them any kind of business.
It’s McDonald’s… it’s pretty standard. Food was the same quality as every other McDonald’s I’ve experienced. The staff were polite even when the guy behind me in line was a jerk.

Very, very bad customer service. I placed an order through the McDonald's app, and once done and paid, the app showed free fries with a purchase. I asked the barely English speaking lady about this, who refused to give me the free fries. When I told her multiple times the free fries offer showed up right after I placed the order, she still did not want to compensate. No friendliness, only rudeness.
