Employees made me go wait in a parking space and said it was to “lower our drive thru times” once they brought the food they were missing items and sauce, went back through the line and was giving the wrong food and wrong sauce, asked for the right one and was told I have to go through the drive thru again because I would cause their drive thru times to be too long if I waited their, customer service isn’t a priority anymore it seems, they’re obsessed with their drive thru times, won’t be going back
I placed and order on the app and picked up my dinner order in the drive through only to find once I got home I opened my QPC box to discover a live cockroach inside the box. As a restaurant owner myself I total understand how a hair or something could possibly end up in food. However, there is ZERO excuse for cockroaches in food as this tells me this location must be very dirty if there are live cockroachs inside people's orders.
