Didn't explain why they were not taking orders so I drove to a different one shout out to razor ranch McDonald's only for them to say there system was down can't blam call for tech issues I get that but to be rude and not explain a thing so I waste my time goin to another one is outrageous shame on yall

Ordered online and came through the drive thru only to be ignored and then when they did finally open the window told me they wouldn't be making my order and to leave. Tried calling to speak to a manager to get a reason why and they wouldn't pick up. Employees are rude, unprofessional, and lazy. I didn't even order anything crazy and it wasn't even close to breakfast time. All I wanted was fries. Frustrated is an understatement....
