We picked up our food and needed to wash our hands but they wouldn't let us use the restroom.
This restaurant location is AWFUL. We ordered breakfast through the app and waited in a long line, just to get to the window and they tell us they can’t give us our order because it’s past breakfast….so why let us order breakfast if you know the long line won’t let us get our food at 10:30….then they have the audacity to say we can call corporate and get our refund there…..?????? DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT UNLESS YOU WANT TO LEAVE DISAPPOINTED AND SCAMMED.
You shouldn't work here if you don't know where you're working. Girl argued with me saying I was at the wrong location when THIS IS THE ONLY MCDONALD'S ON LOOP 288 @ COLORADO BLVD. My order wouldn't have popped up in your system if I was at the wrong location. Educate your employees
