Poor customer service, not everyone but the mornings it’s horrible! Rolling eyes and not taking orders right . Literally u talk to AI and they have better service then the actual person. At this point please educate the young people working there.
The AI is fast. No repeating order. If you hesitate to order it tells you to take your time. The food is ready fast. Just like I ordered it. The People who work there are polite and nice.
McDonald's in Joliet on Cass Ave. Super clean and organized. Staff was cool and efficient. Had the daily double, four mcnugets and sm fry. It was delicious and it was hot.
Place is a joke AI messes up order everytime literally pathetic shouldn't have to come home to a completely wrong order
