Waited forever and the food was colder than my sprite.
I'd never complain about service speed bc I know y'all are only human or mid food bc it's fast food and you know what you're getting. But incredibly annoyed I ordered a hello kitty happy meal, selected a hello kitty toy, and y'all gave me a hello kitty box for y'all to not put a hello kitty in the box.
Fish is no longer good. Smaller and seems like it's being cooked in old cooking grease. It's dry. They tartar sauce they put on it, is bigger than the fish LOL
Stopped in for lunch with my kids and ordered at the kiosk for table service. The staff that day were truly excellent, friendly, attentive, and considerate. They brought our drinks out right away and delivered the rest of our order promptly, all with genuine smiles. McDonald’s is usually just a quick stop, but it really stood out to see a team that clearly appreciates their customers. Great service goes a long way, and this location deserves credit for making our visit feel welcoming.
