My wife and son went there recently to get a drink and a slushie. There was literally trash in the bottom of the cup for the slushie. Called the location and the manager only offered to replace it. Like it was no big deal. I asked for a GM to contact me and I also called the owners of the franchise which is Chapman Family Enterprise. Of course no one has called me back.
