We just waited over 20 minutes for a diet Coke and a frappe. This place is barely functional. It's honestly impressive how dysfunctional it is
Stellar, and it's clearly because of the staff. The restaurant is clean, staff is attentive, and the food is what you expect. I see the staff wiping down common touch surfaces, looking for customers who might need help, and more that makes you confident in your spending of time and money here. Thanks to the hiring manager and all those they brought onto the team!
