I was going to order with a code thru the drivethru it wouldnt work So i cancelled but they still charged me $19 on my card. Theres no order confirmation from the app or my email. when I try calling the restaurant it is always busy.
Very disappointing experience. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and noticed that one appeared to be incorrect on the order screen. I told the employee taking my order, and although she said that was how it appeared on her screen, she assured me I would receive the correct sandwich. The sandwich I received was still incorrect, and the meat appeared undercooked/not fully cooked. The other sandwich had properly cooked meat, making the difference particularly noticeable.
