Customers are never greeted, I observed a customer at the cash register waiting for somebody to come take his order and I told the lady at the pickup window that there was somebody there and she said don't worry he just works here It doesn't matter if you work there or not he was a paying customer, I told the guy sorry but I tried but he just shrugged his shoulders. I know this is a very busy McDonald's and the drive-thru is open 24 hours but you still need to do your job as an employee to make sure the customer is happy I'v... read more
