Took 15 minutes for a drink, apple pie, nuggets at the curbside yet place was not busy. No success, walked in to ask, guy at counter said Sorry, I don't have any right here.... yet we see them about 6 feet away near drive thru area... We had to tell him... they are right over there, go get a couple. Never going back. Should of called amanager to go get them instead! Rude!
So I’ve loved how they made their New Iced Caramel Apple 🍎 Pie Coffee since it made its debut so far…but today was very disappointing. I placed my order for a Medium Iced Caramel Apple Pie Coffee to only have received a medium cup of pretty much cream! There was no coffee in it, all cream so I kindly asked if they can remake. Stopped at the drive-thru and picked up a Happy Meal for a little girl, only to get home and discover there was no toy inside. She was absolutely devastated. For a child, that little toy is a big part of what makes it a “Happy” Meal. I called the restaurant to explain what happened, hoping they would simply make it right. Instead, they hung up on me. The prices are becoming unaffordable. There's also a lot of inconsistency in prices depending on the franchise owner, even in neighboring towns. If I can't predict roughly what the price will be before I stop by, then I'm not going to visit the restaurant.
