Normally don't have an issue here but just now an associate made a mistake at the register. That's not the issue, everyone makes mistakes. The issue is, what seemed to be the manager had us sitting at the window for over 10 minutes without any explanation. He just tap tap tapped the computer and my card for over 10 minutes while my 2 bags of ice, and my daughter's milkshake melted away on the counter.
