Employees & manager rude, ur food quality isnt that great to be acting the way u guys do.
Picked up the other day to find that all the large fries were not even filled up. I basically paid for large fries, but got mediums. Total rip off.
The experience I had today at this location with the staff was completely awful. How can it be possible to pay for an item in the mobile app and show up and be denied getting it? Receipt showing proof bank record showing the charge and yet they just would not give me the item. The worst part about it all is it’s not possible to re-order it through the app using the coupon I used originally because it’s only a one time a day thing.
