I keep having to update this review because it keeps getting more ridiculous. I’ll need to summarize because it won’t all fit. Brianna and Jordan harassed me at my table over an issue they could have handled at the counter. It was an issue with the app, one they had before, and they were standing behind the counter when I was handed my order. Edit for owner: I already did before you posted your reply. And I’ve sent feedback several more times since. I have received no answers to my questions from you, only prewritten fake apologies. Brianna and Jordan are terrible people and absolutely deserve to be fired. I’ve had problems ordering from the app before, so I was fully expecting to have an issue this time.
