Customers at the cash register are invisible to employees behind the counter. While said employees appeared to be looking at me, they were, more or less, looking through me. I finally left because no one could be bothered to even say "I'll be with you in just a moment. Sorry for your wait." Service is so much better at Chick-fil-A. Associates there are already at the counter or at drive-through stations eagerly awaiting customers' arrival with a sincere smile, positive greeting, and efficient processing of customers' orders.... read more
