Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. There was hardly anyone there and they had us pull in a parking us and wait 23 minutes for the food. After 23 we drove back up to the drive thru window(no one was in line so we were able to do so) and we were visibly upset. It was just not a good experience by any means and to make matters worse they just returned our money because they hadn't even started our order yet.
The service at this McDonald’s was good, and I was pleasantly surprised that they bring your order right to your table, which not every location does. However, the food took a bit longer than expected, and the dining area could have been cleaner. Overall, a decent experience, but there’s room for improvement.
I ordered a steak egg and cheese mcgriddle and a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle, I was charged for both instead, got a piece of McChicken on mcgriddle bun with no egg or cheese that I was charged for. When I contacted the store about this, they were extremely rude and argumentative and refused a refund!
