Terribly rude. I was on my break @ 2 in the morning and they’re supposed to be open till 3:45. I decided I wanted some McDonalds, ordered on the app, and made my way over. I’ve never had a problem with any fast food location before. Then I’m sitting at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no noise so I come around to where you pay and an older man barely acknowledges me. This resturant is a bit of a drive with the erie blvd location being much closer, but the quality of the food and experience was worth the drive until today. I encountered a female employee today at the firat drive-thru window that was rude, unprofessional and absolutely not an appropriate employee to be the inital point of contact for this business because you never get a second chance to make a first impression. This place needs more help after 4:00pm and on weekends. Drive thru lines move too slow at those times.
