Service at this McD's is usually fast & efficient. For some reason it was very slow on the day I visited & my FF were almost cold

Never had an issue with this mcdonalds
Ordered a bacon double quarter cheese, realized that one of the two paties wasn't well cooked. Spoke with the manager KAT explaining that one of the two paties felt different. She said that they only cook them from the outside. You tell me if the top meat looks raw.
