I was craving ice cream for national ice cream day but you know how that goes the ice cream machine is always down. I placed a mobile order Sunday July 20th 2025 at 3:17 PM, I HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES TO RECEIVE MY ORDER! I was highly disappointed because all i order was a large fry and drink! & as I was waiting I notice other customers had issues with their order. This is the worst mcdonald's in Fredericksburg!
They locked the doors at 7:30pm when they close dining at 10pm. They were acting very suspicious and acted as if they accidentally locked the doors when we asked in the drive thru. While giving our food to us they dropped our happy meal. The lady giving our food shut the drive thru window on us. We had no way to ask for missing ketchup and straw for the drink. Missing lettuce in burger.
I’ve gone to this Mc donalds 2 times today. Once thru the drive thru, and once inside. When I went the the drive thru all I ordered was a sweet tea, it took them 15 min to get it out to me. Then when I went inside later on, I was met with a bunch of angry customers, and a manager whom was literally yelling them. It took 30-45 minutes for me to get my big Mac and triple cheeseburger.
