I have lived in the area for years however the customer service now is the worst- This location needs new management so they can work on employees customers service skills

This is by far one of the worth McDonald’s in Cleveland Ohio, I don’t recommend for anyone to go here. This place needs a serious makeover starting with, The management and firing most of if not all the staff. I had to ask a few of the staff members if it’s really that miserable to work there… Service sucks and everyone seems to have an attitude. It’s a shame McDonald’s would allow this kind of service. I am giving you an honest review. This place sucks. Go somewhere else.
