This McDonald's is bar far the worst in Fredericksburg...I know I speak for the majority of the community when I say this. The only reason we support it is because it's closest in the community...They hardly ever get your order correct...the management definitely needs work...smdh...no customer service skills or people skills...I was there Sunday around 6ish..I went thru Drive Thru as I majority do...ordered 2 double hamburgers no pickles add tomatoes...simply order...they messed that up...then they attempted to remake it...... read more
The nuggets and fries were fresh and tasty. Their staff has delayed reaction to guests entering the restaurant, standing at the front counter and everyone isn't being acknowledged or greeted timely or properly.
20 minutes for a McDouble and a Coke... do not go here unless you dont value your time
