So I was really hungry today and I thought I’d go to village Inn and I walked in and I was ignored by all the workers there and I stood there only for maybe five minutes, but that was probably enough you know when you’re eating out alone it’s uncomfortable enough as it is without anybody saying hi so then I left there and I went to Denny’s and I had the same exact experience !! I’ve left reviews on this specific Mcdonald’s numerous times before, and i find myself coming back every time because it just gets worse and worse. To begin, the attitude of the employees, specifically the lady manager with a strong accent, is completely uncalled for. She gets offended extremely easily, and makes it impossible to even ask for something simple like a side of sauce. It is an ongoing battle with her every time our group walks into the restaurant. Man… the customer service here blew me away during my short drive through. The dude taking my money (pretty sure his name was Jim) was smiling and having a good time! The manager served us at the window and, even though it might have been my fault not checking the order when I said it, she didn’t care and just gave us a little extra to make up for it. We will be giving them our business a lot more in the future! Thanks for being great!
