Had to write a review for this location. Chose 1 star but really am Leaving no stars whatsoever. Never been to this location before and certainly will never go again. Went around 1215 today went through the drive-through was given a Diet Coke that tasted so dirty from their fountain. And was told to go into a parking spot because my food wasn’t ready. Meanwhile, I have a baby in the car, after waiting 10 minutes of no site of anybody bringing my food. Went inside it looked like a zoo in there nobody else was getting their fo... read more
Waited 30+ minutes for 1 meal!! Food was cold, watched multiple people get there order before me that didn't even order before me. Place wasnt even busy! Used my hole lunch break waiting on (FastFood). Will not be back!

Absolutely the worst McDonald's in the Elmira/Horseheads NY area period!! The service sucks, they take forever to make anything and god forbid you should go inside!! Absolutely the worst
