Passed through town yesterday should have kept driving. Drive through gave us someone else's order and when I went in Manager was rude.
Better to pass this one by since you never know what you might get - but definitely not what you ordered. Complained sandwich had to be made three times to get it right and guy who said he was manager was rude about it.
We have stopped here a few times when passing through town and always been disappointed. Orders made wrong, no requested condiments, no napkins what so ever when I have 4 Happy Meals and kids who are messy, etc...They are never pleasant about fixing their mistakes and the owner is a rude young man who acts as if their mistakes are customers fault. My suggestion, don't stop here drive another 5-6 miles down the road to McDonalds in Flomaton, Al - this made all the difference.
Was there Friday. Surly about having to remake order CORRECTLY. Then when I went up to get order was behind woman complaining that all the trays they were given out were filthy and manager saying "yeah I know it's a problem" and having to go through a huge stack to find one CLEAN tray. All the while customer and employees speaking over my food tray (also filthy) which is basically causing them to spit on my food. Ask for refund they refused I walked out
Disgusting health violations. From workers handling food without washing hands to overhearing an employee sitting at a booth behind me state if customer complaints just smear a "goober" on their burger. This goober according to employee is a fun way to pass the time when bored.
