I stop here every so often and always regret it. They’re clearly understaffed, and the wait is insanely long, even for simple orders. Today I pulled into the drive-thru (2 hours before closing time) and no one was there. I tried going inside, but the doors were locked. There were no signs anywhere, including the drive-thru, saying they were closed, although there was at least one worker inside and cars in the lot.
It was possible leave a review with no stars I would do that. Had to go back inside for the barbecue sauce they didn't put in the bag after they asked me what kind of sauce we wanted. And then we open the Nuggets up and there are two cookies instead of four nuggets in the box. Go get your food Anywhere But Here. You order ahead on the app and still have to sit in line for 10 minutes waiting to give them your code. Then you'll be lucky if you get out of there in the next 20 minutes with your food.
No grinch meals. No mcribbs. No sweet and sour sauce. Drinks machine did not work
Today's complaint is: NO MEAT! I went at 4pm Dec 2,2025 and was told they are out of meat! Always something wrong at this MCDs and never a district manager to fix the problem.
We ordered inside and had a bit of a long wait but apparently we came at the same time as the morning rush. They seemed to be a bit short staffed unless it’s normal for a McDs to only have one cook and one person putting the orders together. Which is insane if you also expect them to keep things 100% clean all the time. Anyway, the staff did a good job helping each other out and my order what hot, fresh and delicious! I love McDonalds when everything is as it should be!
