The whole place is going downhill.
there were three cars in the drive-through, it’s 2026 with all these cameras and electronics, and the employee looked me in the eyes repeated my order back to me, then proceeded to hand me my order just for the order to be a filetofish. literally what is the point if they can say out loud, “2 cheeseburger meal?”, to you and still hand you the wrong thing I’m just not understanding. it would just be easier to skip lunch.
I keep my order basic and get the same thing all time. The lady working the window overnight gets it wrong all of a sudden and when I asks if she can change she says no and gives attitude.
Everything was excellent nice and fresh and hot
