Every time I order from the McDonald's app, they forget half my order and refuse to send me the missing items. The refund doesn't come for several days and my kids go hungry because I don't have the money or the food.
I would like to highly thank McDonald's for helping me get back home to Kentucky back in October thank you all for everything y'all did for me
At McDonald’s 4/26 at 415 am waiting forever at microphone ready to order for over 20 min. No one is apologizing or stating they will be with us shortly .. we are here now and we may leave .. absolutely horrible. This McDonald’s is in a prime location and it should have higher level employees representing. When we pulled up the person working was telling someone the oven broke ?
