Ordered and got charged for 1 coffee and 2 mcmuffins, didnt receive the second mcmuffin, the one i got was cold and the iced coffe was melted/ watered down. Looks like they gave me somebody elses order. Sucks. Also took me 10 min to get a shitty experience.
I went thru the drive thru and they were fast and efficient.
My food was prepared wrong three times that I ordered through the drive-thru. I had to go inside and request a refund and it took them almost 10 minutes to do so. The manager told me not to have an attitude with her because she didn't cause my problem. I told her I watched her walk up and down the kitchen before she helped me with the refund
