AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! On 9/5/25 i placed an online order with my phone for pickup. When I arrived the manager said we can't process your order but you won't be charged and I left without food. Well I was charged for food that I didn't get $9.52.
Saturday night late 12:30, sat in drive through for over 30 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. What did they order, fried elephant ear? Workers appear to just be goofing off, instead of working.
DO NOT COME AFTER HOURS!
I made an online pick up order and when I got home my order was missing a medium fry and all the dipping sauces. So I called and they said to come back through the drive thru. I should have checked the bag because they did not listen and still forgot dipping sauces. This is the 5th time I have gotten a wrong order at this location. I won't go there anymore. This location needs to get it together. This is such a waste of money. This location is more convenient for me, but I will drive farther to not waste my money anymore.
