I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience at a McDonald’s. Was charged for the wrong order and had to knock on the window to get the two girls attention who were standing there chatting instead of looking at the window, then sat there for 10 minutes while they made me repeat my order over 5 times just so they could get it right. No receipt from the terrible kiosk. No hash browns with my kiddos’ big breakfasts. And the kiosk wouldn’t scan my rewards. Not getting what I paid for is a quick recipe for an unhappy customer.
Slowest Mcdonalds in Northwest, OH
I myself am a manager at a fast food restaurant. . . Never have I seen such unhappy employees. No proper greeting. My wife expressed thanks for the services and got a “yep” as a response. The food I had order wasn’t what I had hoped for. The meat patty’s were dry and saturated in mayo. Not a great experience.
The food was nice and fresh and I asked for no salt on my French fries.And that's what I got very pleasant customer service
