I work about a half a mile away. So when it's lunch time, I fire up the app then order and pay for my food. I get there in a couple minutes give them my code, slide through the drive-thru only to stop at the first window if I need the receipt. I really never had to wait more than a few minutes even when the line was long. One time I was sent to pull forward to the wait spot and still it was under 5 mins. I like to get that McChicken meal deal that comes with four nuggets fries and a small drink and it's always fresh.

They need to take this store from the owner. From the top down Queen is a terrible owner, leader. She is never there, staff is always untrained and they literally get orders wrong about 40% of the time.
