Ordered some food - got partial order, waited in the front area for the rest. While I was waiting the manager Selen/ Celine, cashier told me her name was Se-Len, PUT FRIES IN HER MOUTH WHILE SHE WAS MAKING THEM, CONTINUED TO COOK AND PACK EVERYONES FRIES WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. Went through the drive-through there was only two cars in front of us. I asked for two spicy chickens with cheese, one spicy the regular way and 2- 10 piece chicken nuggets and an order of fries start to pull off didn’t have one of my spicy chickens nor did I get my French fries They only gave me two spicy chickens instead of three and then I didn’t get my french fries then lady that was the manager. This location has so much potential to be great and unfortunately it is not. The wait in the drive thru is always insane. If you come after 9 pm even worse. Pretty sure they are understaffed the man who has a stern management voice at night is always passive aggressive. I come here out of convenience not for customer service unfortunately. They should get some pointers from the neighboring restaurants and boost their hospitality.
Young kid insulted me in spanish after asking the status of my order. Guess he thought I wouldn't understand him. Was waiting for 15 min. Happened around 7:40pm
