Very slow, very rude definitely needs more training at this store
Went to St Joe McDonald’s got half my order went back around went through side door bc half my order was not in my bag. She started yelling saying she’s gonna call the cops on me. So I went back around waiting in line for another 20 min asked for a refund she was rude rolled her eyes made me pull up and wait an extra 15 for my refund. Her name was Dina I’m a general manager at Jersey Mikes so I know what good customer service and hospitality is and SHE IS NOT EVEN CLOSE. Needs terminated. I moved to the area recently and each experience has been poor. Last week, I ordered a breakfast sandwich at 1045 and drove to McDonald's. I had to wait in the line and didn't get to the front until 11:04. The cashier told me I'm not going to get my food because it's after 11. I said okay, but I already paid on the app and asked what to do. She gave me my receipt and told me to pull up and they might give it to me.
