I won't recommend this place, it took them 30 min to give us the food to eat in, I don't know if they are short staff or definitely they pick the wrong job. This is the slowest restaurant i been.
Absolutely not. Unprofessional, and rude. It took 30mins to get my online order, and they made it wrong. Then after failing to get into the lobby to fix the issue I went through the drive thru where I was told I ordered my food wrong.
We waited 20 minutes for our food. My daughter didn't even get her fries with her happy meal. Everything was a kiosk....which I personally dislike. There was a counter with register, but no personnel using it. While we were there, we noticed everyone was waiting on food. This was my first and last trip to this restaurant.
employees do not care at all. Myy food was handed to me with the bag open all the way. I asked if my food was ready. As an employee touched their hair, they without a care said “ I don’t know”. My fries were cold too
