horrible experience i sat in line for 30 minutes when i was the only one in line order my food just for them too tell me that its card only .
I ordered 1 happy meal and the Mcdonaldland meal. The order was totally wrong. I was missing 2 fries, milk, mcdonaldland shake and collectable. The assistant manager didn't seem to know what food they had or didn't. The shake machine was down but they let me order the shake anyway. Then seemed to think I would be ok with that. Um, No. Had to get a refund for the shake. Then as we were leaving we saw the manager sucking on a weed pen out the back door. Maybe that's why this McDonald's is so terrible. DO NOT GO!
Everything from food to service is 0/10. I haven't had a good experience yet, it honestly should be closed down.
The employees at this McDonalds just don't care about the customer service. I often see the employees chit chatting and checking their cell phones, rather than attending to the customers.
worst service all around and they definitely need to just fire the whole whole day crew and night crew and restart lazy and disrespectful employees is unacceptable.
