They have no care in the world for the customers are very rude and foods always burnt. They don’t make ur order right the first time and always have attitudes. And Uk it’s serious when u can’t talk to any managers ever and the company doesn’t even care to look at the reviews to see how many bad compared to good there are
Don't go here. The lines are stupid long and the orders are wrong half rhe time. The last few times my large fry was half filled and the coke was low on syrup. Avoid.
Almost every time I come here at night they’re “only taking DoorDash and mobile orders”. When I asked how I can pay if I only have cash and they kept rudely repeating themselves “DoorDash and mobile orders onlyyyy!!!!” Instead of answering my question. They had no line besides one other person who they just let us both sit there for a long time basically waiting for us to just drive away lol. Definitely will just drive to DBH next time.
Literally 45 minute wait for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 chicken sandwiches. Can’t even fathom how that’s possible.
WORSE MCDONALD'S EVER!!! The manager just told her employee "just give her the damn food". I ordered my reward which was a McChicken sandwich in the drive through. When I got to the window the manager was helping an employee with working the two lines. When they both asked what was my order, the manager said it's not in their system.
