Service is a joke.
This place is essentially a homeless encampment.
They "don't know" if they have my order, they "don't know" if they're going to be able to make my order, I guess I will just stand here for eternity because apparently they don't know anything. To be fair, I don't know either, but the difference is I'm on one side of the counter, you're on the other side of the counter, and I'm not on the side where I can check on an order or have access to the orders.
