The 🚻 (ladies room) was filthy.
I go to a McDonald's every morning for a cup of coffee. I try to avoid this particular McDonald's because the staff are rude, disrespectful, and miserable. I don't think their franchise owner teaches them customer service because this is the worst collective staff experience I have ever experienced. Don't waste your time or money here, go to Lee Highway instead.
Staff completely ignored customers waiting to place orders at the counter. One older gentleman walked out.
